Hurricane Irma Update - 9/9/17
Palmetto Bluff
Good afternoon,

Last night the S.C. Governor issued a mandatory evacuation of Beaufort County's barrier islands, including Hilton Head and Daufuskie Islands. No evacuation was issued for Bluffton, however all of Beaufort County is officially under a hurricane watch as of 11 a.m. today.

As planned, we closed all Palmetto Bluff operations, facilities and amenities at 10 a.m. today. Gas will remain available at RT's Market until 5 p.m., at which point the pumps will be turned off.

Our people are safe, and we hope you are as well. As soon as conditions allow, we will reopen amenities and offer services throughout the community, and we look forward to welcoming you home soon.

We will continue to communicate and share information as we receive it. The following number has been set up for updates: 980-321-6007. We encourage you to subscribe to the Beaufort County Sheriff's Office alert and advisory system online at
www.bcso.net or text your zip code to 888-777.

Kind regards,
The Palmetto Bluff Team
